Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank Structural Composition

Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank is a liquid nitrogen tank specially designed for liquid nitrogen transportation. Its shape is not like conventional liquid nitrogen tanks, and its material is also different from that of liquid nitrogen tanks. It is mainly stainless steel, and its structure is a combination of vacuum storage tank and valve.

It is very different from the liquid nitrogen tank in our traditional impression.

Liquid nitrogen transport tank structure composition:

1.The main tank body: including the outer shell and inner tank, made of 304 stainless steel, which can withstand high temperature of 800 °C.

2.Valves: There are 3 inlet and outlet valves, booster valves, vent valves, and two safety valves.

3.Caliber: The biggest difference between the Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank and other liquid nitrogen tanks is the special caliber style, which can only accommodate one level gauge and has no sample inlet. This design has a lower evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen.

4.Liquid inlet and outlet valves: valves for liquid inlet and outlet.

5.Exhaust port: near the vent valve, cooperate with the vent valve for exhaust pressure relief.

6.Booster pipe: It connects the inner tank, the outer tank and the booster valve, and there is a small amount of liquid nitrogen that absorbs heat and vaporizes.

7.Liquid level gauge: Displays the liquid level height in the Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank. Liquid nitrogen should be replenished before the liquid level gauge is about to bottom out.

8.Casters: 4 universal wheels, which can be rotated back and forth or fixed, which is convenient for Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank to move.

9. Booster coil: the key component of liquid nitrogen input, pressure output, and self-pressurization of the storage tank.

It is with this structure that the Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank can output liquid nitrogen stably.
