The liquid nitrogen transport tank cannot be pressurized

The Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank is the automatic liquid nitrogen tank that everyone often says. The structural design is to serve the storage and transfer of liquid nitrogen. The focus of the work is to use pressure to fill other biological containers with liquid nitrogen.
When the gas phase liquid nitrogen tank or the conventional liquid nitrogen tank is insufficient, use it to adjust to the appropriate pressure and quickly fill it up. But what if the Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank cannot be pressurized?

1. Check the booster valve

The purpose of this step is to see if the booster valve is open.

If not, open it.

If it is opened and the container does not leak, it can be determined that the booster valve is faulty, replace it or contact the manufacturer for repair.

2. Check whether the container is leaking

The judgment of this step can be seen from the appearance of the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen container. If frost can be seen in the pressure evaporator at the bottom of the tank, it means that the container is leaking.

You can check each connection with an appropriate leak detection liquid. Where there is a sign of frost, it is leaking at the location. Then contact the manufacturer for repair, or replace the Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank.

If the pressure of the Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank is not enough, it cannot reach the pressure required for drainage. If the liquid nitrogen cannot come out, the replenishment of other containers has to be suspended. The liquid nitrogen tank can wait but the sample cannot.

Therefore, when it is found that the pressure of the Liquid Nitrogen Transport Tank is not enough, quickly judge according to the above methods or help the manufacturer to solve it.
