Self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank, a liquid nitrogen transfer container with low pressure!
Inspired by the Dewar vacuum jacket, made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with its own booster system for liquid nitrogen delivery.
According to the standard of “(GB/T 16774-2012) Self-Pressurized Liquid Nitrogen Container”, the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank is suitable for the storage medium of liquid nitrogen, the working pressure is less than 0.1MPa, and it cannot store liquid nitrogen under pressure. , or store other cryogenic liquids.
That is to say, the pressure value of the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank in a static storage state is zero;
Under working conditions, the pressure should not exceed 0.1MPa!
In specific use, in order to prevent the pressure from increasing to 0.1MPa, the manufacturer will set a critical value of 0.09MPa, which cannot be exceeded.
Of course, you don’t need to worry. Under normal circumstances, only a pressure of about 0.05MPa can be used to transport liquid nitrogen. After Tianchi’s test, when the pressure reaches 0.05MPa, the liquid nitrogen delivery efficiency and stability are guaranteed.
In the formal delivery of liquid nitrogen, if you feel that 0.05MPa is too large, you can close the booster valve to reduce the pressure;
If it is considered too small and the speed is too slow, it can be appropriately increased under the premise that it is not close to 0.09MPa.
Summary: The standard pressure of the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank should not exceed 0.1MPa, and the operating pressure should not exceed 0.09MPa!
